Acun about saying we could’ve got more money for Jaden and Greaves.

I get why we didn’t we haven’t spent the whole of pre season allowing our selves to build around them only for them to leave around this point. But saying we could’ve got more is just daft as after looking at the market so far I don’t think we could’ve

Article by Baz Cooper from June ..... Ilicali, who has owned Championship club City since January 2022 has bought a controlling stake in the European club after being aided by UEFA president Aleksander Ceferin.

If you google it, there's a few other articles that confirm it, mostly reported in Turkey though.

That article says "Closing in". Did you read it before linking it? That was as close as it got and then it all went quiet until he just casually said "Oh yeah I bought it already".

EDIT: Sorry the second link provides more of an update. Ok fair enough, that seemed to go very much under-reported.

Maybe dzeko and or his family wants to live in england again
And since fenerbache have no champions league
Maybe hes not as fussed about being there now?
Maybe fenerbache would prefer paying less wages

I really don't think so. He's 7 goals in 7 games for them, started the last game so seems very much in the picture and I'm sure someone Jose likes having.
 
only 3 teams have faced more shots on target than us so far this season

plymouth, oxford and portsmouth (3 teams youd expect are fighting relegation)
slightly concerning considering who our 3 opponents have been so far?
