I'd rather break the mould of the signings we've made and get Meffert. I like Travis but its another player that would need to adapt to the system. Meffert clearly is a player the Walter is comfortable with and would probably instantly improve our midfield just by knowing the system. Plus he can help others you would think
I had Asahi 0.0 recently which I thought was also really good.
Asahi is brilliant, I had the privilege of being in Japan late last year where it’s priced the same as Fosters and Carling

It is lining up nicely - I thought it might be a mad deadline day but we’ve got Bedia (nice to have a good left footed forward - hopefully Abel Hernandez levels).
Puerta and Meffert seem likely in the coming days. I think Oscar will go and another striker come in. It seems we have quite a few wingers rumoured and I expect they’ll be done before next Thursday. It might leave Acun in a position to pull a rabbit out the hat on deadline day itself rather than chasing a bucket load.
Either way, I expect us to announce 3 players on deadline day (even if 2 will be done and dusted well before). My prediction is 2 wingers and a striker (rabbit out the hat) announced on the last day.

Top knotch, I've heard. I was combing through his stats. Loves to cut into the box, can take long fro ins, score scissor kicks, just bangs goals in basically.
He could seriously rinse the opposition and wouldn't be a fringe player for us. Gives us an aerial presence at corners too compared to our short back and sides - he doesn't get brushed off the ball easily either.
He's keen to come as well. Didn't take long to mullet over and he won't trim too much off our budget.
