Had the Grandkids since Friday morning so tbh I’ve got no ****ing idea who I am or what year it is!!!
Just over 6/4 best price City for next week against Plymouth... (for all those that backed Bristol City)...
Can not understand the hatred towards a young English manager and a great ex player Small town small minds
Know just where your coming from, have my daughter, son in law and two grandkids here, been here two weeks but go back to Spain week after next. We are absolutely ****ing knackered, house is a mess, oh and we’re moving house this month, down sizing. My Mrs is stressed to fook lol…
We would beat a few teams playing like we did yesterday. If it wasn't for Bristols keeper we would have been 2 or 3 up. On another day they go in. We are low on numbers and not promotion quality yet but to suggest we were relegation material because we lost a few practice games was madness.
Certainly not what Frank or Gerrard has but I wish they all did well I’d like more English managers doing well in the PL
It gives Virgins who don't really have any mates a purpose in life. 'Oooh I know more than you because I've got a contact who works in the club shop'. I'd rather not known. Just let the club announce the bloody signing and then immediately start bagging him because you saw every game he ever played in the Serbian 4th division.
He is apparently an excellent coach and man manager. Think it is a case of the wrong job at the wrong time for him at Brimingham and today meeting a well coached side who are going to be one of the top 10 this year on opening day.
lol I’ve asked if she could come with us….lol Either way I will be making a few reminiscing visits here obviously just to see the old house cough cough. Krystyna has actually gone to Poland for a weeks holiday with her two boys, left yesterday, missing her already….
He may well be, but clearly that doesn't translate into positive results. If he is apparently good makes his results to date even more appalling. Agree though on one point, in his playing days, top performer.
Can't argue with that Les. I think Birmingham there was mitigation in the sense the players downed tools when he was given the job, and rightly so, as the previous manager was their gaffa and did not deserve the sack. With Plymouth he has inherited a squad that was average and over performed last season to stay up. It was always going to be tougher with that second season syndrome and the promoted clubs being as big and strong as Portsmouth and Derby. Not excuses, just trying to pick apart what may have happened for him. They have lost one game to a side that look to be well drilled and have had a year with a very decent manager. If they get pumped by us and another club I think you have to conceed that this 'figure of fun' reputation he carries around with him isn't going to disappear and he won't win people over. On the flip side of that you could say he has shown real courage taking a job as hard as Plymouth. He could have easily gone to a big spender in league 2 and pissed the championship to try and build his reputation again but it appears he wants to test himself.
