In January money didn’t seem to be a problem for these players, all be it on loan most of them. Now we seem to be working on a budget despite selling 3/4 players for a big amount of money. I’d start to question the chairmen’s long term goal. I guess we shall have to wait till the end of the window to analyse it correctly.
Link that to the sudden disapearance of the man from McVities? Could it be he was tapped up for a loan, repayable ( with interest,of course) if we reached the Play Off's ? He's suddenly lost interest in Hull City for some reason, and no-one is asking what it is, when at the time Baz and Co were all over it announcing it as a major coop for the club. So what went wrong?

I know someone who currently works at the club and know others who have worked for the club in the last couple of years and since left. I get the odd titbit sometimes. I was told Greaves to West Ham was 90% done in April but Lopetegui apparently vetoed it when he came in because he wanted Kilman instead. I don’t know what’s going on right now behind the scenes regarding transfers though so I’m just a frustrated supporter.

@Howdentiger2 @M88 EVN and @Steven Toast are all reliable when it comes to info that isn’t public knowledge. I wouldn’t have thought any of them share stuff on here just for ****s and giggles. If they share something and it turns out not to be the case, most of the time I’d wager it’s because the club have fallen at the final hurdle at getting it done like with Moore and Thomas-Asante. I’m not a huge fan of Baz Cooper but he gets a lot of flack for the same thing. He prints what he’s been told by the club he can print. If they told him Thomas-Asante was 99% done and he can break the story, that’s what he’ll do.

I wasn’t referring to the ITK. I was referencing the current trend of ‘frustrated guesses’ being presented as empirical knowledge of behind closed doors processes.

As for the ITKs, I gently took the piss out of Toast last week and it was like Lady Di had passed away again. I’d done this similarly to Howden before and he just brushed it off – nobody died.

But people are different I suppose.

Who has done that?

Don't think Netflix would be interested. If they were I'm sure Acun would be all over it. Doe's anyone know why the biscuit magnet pulled the plug?
Could be he became bored of the football on offer, and is more interested in his other projects and his priorities have shifted, as for biscuit man ... :emoticon-0138-think

From the clubs website…

James King, McVitie’s Marketing Director says: “As the nation’s favourite and True Original biscuit, McVitie’s are very pleased to support Hull City for the 2023/24 season because sport is a great way to bring people together and can also support positive mental health – two things McVitie’s is passionate about”.

6 speakers and only 5 viewers. May as well be a Skype call.

Luckily these things can be watched on replay. ;) That's also the number watching on my stream, the THAB have about 30 watching I believe.

Finding a time that suits both Aus and UK is pretty tough!

Would love to get some comments from you though, would certainly stimulate some discussion.
