I totally agree. We really need to up the pace of all of this. Players and agents dragging it out (I get it), but we as a club need to be more ruthless.
To be fair if it's true its a proper embarrassing situation to lose out again in the 11th hour for a striker
He'd be going as their third choice striker. More than concerning that he'd rather be backup for them rather than starter for us
This is ultimately the issue with leaving it as late as we have. If stuff keeps falling through which it will and we wont hear about 90% of it. The one bright part is if he doesn't want to be here then so be it but at some stage they've got to get their cards in order and stop this happening
