Who is the parent team in this relationship, I really can't figure. I mean we have more upward potential, probably more economic power, but in the end Maribor can play in Europe which is kind of a dream for us.
The dream for most players will probably be the financials that England has to offer. Especially if they're young with a lot to prove a good year in the Championship puts you immediately in the premier league 9 times out of 10. I agree in terms of club by club Maribor are arguably bigger but we're a benefit of the country we're in.
