Understand Will's frustration 100%, but I agree we have enough in the tank to finish above half way but are a couple of players short of anything better.

That of course is on the negative side we don't suffer a string of injuries, and on the positive side, we get a couple of the young guns to really come good .
For many seasons our transfers have been boom or bust.
Big figures (£5-10M) spent more in hope than expectation.
On the other hand, lots of frees to make up the numbers and pad out the squad. Many of the latter blocked the way to the 1st team for youngsters. Whether on not it was because the youngsters weren't good enough I dont know.
We should be in a position with the current tyros that we dont need the padding with any incoming players needing to be genuinely better than we already have. I'd rather see one or two decent signings (I'm realistic in the fact they wont be world beaters) than 4 or 5 average ones.

As for experience, we've discussed it regularly over cup selections. One or two youngsters in amongst the old(er) heads.
We have a few decent players who still need to be guided through games and maybe not ready to guide others.
At the back, whether its Ng, Sang or another youngster at RWB, Morrison will talk them through the game.
On the other side, Nelson is still finding his feet at this level and cant provide the same support to Began.
Further forward, for all his qualities, Giles is a rookie and wont provide or get guidance from Began.
Harris and Colwill are in the same boat.
Genuinely dont know how supportive Keiffer can be. No slur on him, I just dont know.
Morrison, Flint, Pack and Ralls are the old heads in the team and are bunched together.
Fine when things are going well, not so when we're under pressure.
An experienced LB ( again no slur on Began) and right wing / attacker would balance the experience side of things.
Too late for this window.
Might be that a couple youngsters need to grow up quick.

I expected Swansea to go back for Hourihane, he done a decent job for them last season.

We may finish top half as this division is rubbish.

We really need several of our young players coming through.

We need to give them game time.

Im glad we arent getting in 2 or 3 loans to block our players coming through.

He was a terrible signing for them. Good set piece taker and that was it

Ask most Swansea fans and youll find nothing much positive about him.

Saying that they always blame someone why they arent too of the league by 10 points

Not sure why you mention the Jack fans to ask about Hourihane when you regard them as full time arseholes anyway.

Not saying they're not, just a bit odd trying to back up your opinion of him with views from the bin dippers......<laugh>

Some very busy clubs in our division.

Blackpool and Blackburn have gone for it in recent days.

Sheffield United seem to be doing a bit of business.

Likewise the Jacks, though theirs are mostly outgoings :emoticon-0138-think

Just seen Keifer is OUT of the Wales squad now. Reportedly as a close contact to Adam Davies for Covid.
Bit worrying timing though....

Ive read this. Who is Adam Davies.?

Need to put posters on the swans board on suicide watch.
They're going into meltdown over todays sales.
Understandable why Cooper bailed.
Martin a brave man.
