To be fair though, much as I like ‘Arry - 90 million squid?! Has he lost his habit of panicking and wrestling the opposition to the ground if he makes a mistake?
Hull daily fail story.... Hull City unsurprisingly down the betting as Leeds United favourites for Championship promotion Bookmakers have had their say on the 2019/20 Championship season No **** Sherlock!!! But 14-1, not a chance in hell....
If all they are going to be offering is 1 year deals, then **** me its even more embarrassing than we could imagine, which takes some doing! FFS Allam's just **** the **** off.
We had Clint Marcelle 5ft4 for a while and it was quite funny to see him play alongside Kevin Francis 6ft7.
Ed Woodward from Man Utd quoted by a reporter saying they would have no issue paying Leicester £90m and a £350k a week salary for Maguire with a 5 year contract football is ****ed.
No player is worth that. But Harry!! Kinell. I like him he's a fans favourite but the howlers he makes and nothing gets said, it's weird.
Harry's good but not that good, Van Dijk is IMO a far better all round player and certain defends and reads the game better than Harry. Having said that, good luck to the kid, if someone is willing to pay, then go for it.
So, in less that two weeks, in wages Maguire will earn what we paid for him. You have to ask the question, did HCAFC make him. I dont recall anyone else being in for him and if we hadn't bought him, would he have just been a mid table SUAFC player...
Generous odds, but there's always hope there will be three teams worse than us. Can't wish you good luck obvs...
I have enormous fondness for 'Arry, but he still needs to learn not to panic and wrestle his opponent when he makes the odd mistake - which still happens a bit too often. It'll come, he'll learn.
Harry's too slow and will always be too slow, that's why he wrestles people to the ground if they try to get passed him, otherwise they're away and he's left lumbering back - great guy but not world class and not really England class - we really have had much better in the past - £90 million, you must be having a laugh
