Harletun, who has represented Sweden's under-19s once, was handed a three-week trial by the Tigers, according to The Sun, who also state that Watford have also been made aware of his current contract situation. The 19-year-old has played for Malmo's under-19s and under-21s sides but is set to see his current contract expire in November when the Swedish domestic season comes to an end. With his future beyond this season up in the air, Harletun is reportedly exploring his options and whilst he would be a free agent as of November, and the report states Malmo would require a compensation fee of around £140,000 due to his age. Harletun posted on Instagram how grateful he was to be given a trial by the Tigers.
