I imagine he will be here now till the end of season unless he goes for a free in January as clubs will wait.
Get him match fit and back in the team.

It's costing him way more than that! The point I was intimating, is if Terry isn't interested in playing him given he's been replaced, then say at £100k a month x 4 months is £400k. Offer Markus a deal for the vast majority of that, offload him, he can spend time with his family in Norway and sort his future out for January. In the meantime he's not hanging around the place serving no purpose.
Alternatively, the club and Terry eat humble pie, reintegrate him and play him. I'm sure George Honeyman won't mind too much!
Either way, Ehabs plan to get a fee is going to now cost him the best part of £500k!

So Henriksen turned offers down!!“I’ve got one year left on my contract with Hull. I will honour my contract and act professional,” Henriksen told reporters in Norway ahead of their Euro 2020 qualifier against Malta on Thursday.
“It’s a strange situation, because there is no footballing reasons why I am not playing at Hull.
“I will keep working hard and give my very best. The only thing I can do is be professional.”
“There is nothing to hide. In January there was bids which were rejected, so they chose to extend the contract for another season,” said Henriksen.
“There were concrete offers (in the summer), some of them I turned down, and some of them Hull turned down. Nothing happened, and I've still got a year left on my contract. That's the way football is.”
Asked if he expected to play when returning to the City fold, Henriksen said: “That is for the manager to decide. My focus is playing football and doing well for Hull. If the manager thinks I am good enough, he should play me. If not, then it is a different matter.
“I have an open dialogue with the manager. Some of his quotes have been twisted a little in the media, I think, but let’s wait and see.”
Hadn't understood that, thanks. Sounds like restraint of trade to me!Think you have to be a free agent when the window closes - when it closed he was / is still under contract.... so even if he reached a settlement now, he can’t go anywhere until Jan
Well, that’s my understanding anyway!!!
Hadn't understood that, thanks. Sounds like restraint of trade to me!

Wow these buggers are right up to date with transfer news....a little slow... but better late than never..
Transfer News
Republic of Ireland midfielder David Meyler has announced that he is leaving Hull City after his contract expired at the end of this season. The Cork man has spent 5 and a half years at the club and despite Nigel Adkins saying he wanted Meyler to stay, Meyler has opted to go elsewhere and look for a new club for the new season which begins in August.
Meyler confirmed the news on his Twitter account and he went on to thank the club and its supporters. Meyler in his statement released on Twitter said, “I just want to take this opportunity to thank all the fans at @hullcity for the past 5 and a half years,” Meyler wrote. “It’s been an incredible journey. I’m truly honoured to be part of the most successful period in the club’s history. We’ve made memories together I’ll never forget. #hcafc’’
He went on thank the five managers he played under at the club and said “I’d to thank all 5 managers I’ve played under Steve Bruce, Mick Phelan, Marco Silva, Leonid Slutsky & Nigel Adkins. I’ve been very fortunate to play with some great players in my time at Hull. Also I can’t forget all the people who work behind the scenes thank you for everything!”
Meyler has yet to say what club he looks at going to, but I am pretty sure the offers will come in from numerous championship sides as he brings experience as well as a willingness to win. Meyler won two promotion with the Tigers, while he also picked up a runners up medal in the FA Cup with them.

Newcastle Chronicle saying Newcastle have a genuine interest in Bowen, but weren't willing to meet the £20m asking price and are expected to come back in in January when they believe the price will be much lower due to Bowen being out of contract in the summer.
Is Bowen out of contract in the summer or do we hold the option of a further year?
We hold an option I believe
