I’ll stick with Uli Hoeness’ version. I think he knows a bit more about the German football scene than either you or I do.

If that was the case they'd have been giving him abuse before that as he's been pony for ages. They give him the abuse because of the erdogan thing. Even Gundogan got abuse for it. Funny how it was only those 2 and no one else unless you're suggesting it's only these 2 players that were hiding

 

Ozil was definitely hiding. It’s one of his favourite tricks. Does it all the time,

I don't even see where he is blaming everyone for his **** performances? I don't think he's tried to defend his crap performances. In fact he acknowledges he's had **** performances.

What he has done though is said he's retiring because people have been racist and booed him which even the DFB have acknowledged.

This sounds like unreserved support for his allegations.
