Just heard on Sky the Chinese government are imposing a 100% tax on transfer fees for foreign players.

All money raised will go in a pot to develop Chinese kids.

They'll just get round it by paying a huge loan fee and then getting the players on frees
 
Sorry to hear of the eventual inevitable departure of Harry although perhaps we could and should have held out for an improved price. A good move at this stage for him though inasmuch as he should not be a bench warmer at Leicester. All City supporters will surely wish him well for the future.
