I hope that we could offer him more game time and maybe 1st team wages, rather than somewhere like spurs where hes likely benched. Guess it depends if Alderweirelds off or not.

We need to sort our defense out sooner rather than later seeming the average age of our defense is almost 32.

I agree with you, I think he needs to be at a club that will play him week in week out. If he goes to Spurs or the like, likely to be a bit part player.

He'll get first team wages wherever he goes.

On the age thing, I saw Ajax played last weekend and the average age of the whole team was 20. they had 1 player over 21 and even he was only 24. And still came second in the league.
From memory so happy to be corrected.
