But to who else? Usually when Madrid want some one they're heavily linked through-out the window, there's been hardly anything so far. PSG and Monaco have both bought star strikers. The only other teams I can see are Napoli or Chelsea, who both have money to burn and both need a new striker.
If not Real, who knows. Bayern might yet make a late move for him.

I'm sticking to what I've always said in that Arsenal don't offer him what he wants - a move there makes no sense for him for many reasons. I also makes no sense for our club to sell him there.

Would Arsenal really spend that amount on him either? When was the last time they blew a comparable amount on a single player?

Thats not fair! they shelled out a whopping 11m on Henry!

According to wiki their record signing is sylvain Wiltord for 13m! you gotta hand it to Wenger, he has done well with such shallow pockets.

<peacedove> This article is not about 'transfer'-I just honestly want to ask the question whether we are owing Luis Suarez or Luis Suarez is owing us.
Bredan Rodgers said recently "Suarez is owing his team mates" also that "no person is greater than the club"
We are no under any obligation to keep Suarez as a player, but he is under contract, Is he under any obligation to see out his contracts,? considering all supports.
people had given to him.
Questions:
1.Do we owe him anything.?
2.Does he owes us something.?
3.Is anyone greater than Liverpool FC.?.
<ok>

Time has changed the club is on going concern making profit, so I cannot see them not fighting it out with likes of Chelsea ,City and United.<ok>

Suarez owes us for putting up with his antics, and remaining supportive and loyal to him through his darkest days.

We don't owe him anything - we pay his wages, we gave him a platform to set the world alight and we supported him.

“It’s good to have Luis and Seb Coates back,” Jones said.

“Luis is a bubbly character. You always know when he’s about as you can hear him five rooms away!

“Most of the boys were joking with him about his Uruguayan advert which we saw on the internet.

“He just loves football – he lives and breathes it.

“You saw him in training here, he’s like a little kid. He doesn’t want to stop, it’s like waiting for your mum to call you in.

“He’s that type of character.

“He’s never going to shirk any effort. We don’t expect anything less, no matter what’s gone on in the media.

“He’s the same player we’ve been used to. Nothing has changed.

“He’s still here and we expect it to stay that way. We all hope he stays as he’s a fantastic player.

“I see no reason to doubt that.”

Brad Jones
