When will Suarez leave?

  • Pre-contract, gone 1st day

  • Gone in July

  • Gone in August

  • Gone on transfer deadline day

It would be madness to let him go to one of your main rivals like arsenal. If it was to chelsea,man city or man utd then thats not much of a concern as i cant see liverpool going above any of them this season, but arsenal are one team you are on par with so rodgers is spot on in not allowing him to go there...Abroad is the best choice or he should knuckle down and see out his contract...

We may sell to Chelsea or City (though reluctantly) if the money was right but I strongly doubt that we would sell to United. We would be more interested in selling to a foreign club and that is probably presently our favoured option.

The real difficulty arises if he stays. There is now a strong groundswell of opinion amongst fans that want him out of the club. Some however, wish that he comes to his senses and at least plays fully committed for the next season ( minus 6 matched). Right at this moment I'm still so mad at him that I don't think I can make a rational decision - so I hope he gets sold abroad!

That is not going to be a problem. United wouldn't want him as there has too much history ...and united does not rate him as high as you do. <ok>

I can see why arsenal would want him but he will cause disruption wherever h goes and he comes with more baggage than Qantas. Honestly as good as he is, the club must be reassert the fact that no one is bigger than the club and that it WILL survive and do well without him.

We all know that, which is why we want the Bale transfer to fall apart so that Real turn to Suarez.

Appreciate the stance of 'the club is bigger than individuals' but, Luis is a **** that's made his bed!
