Hang about...Yakubu just scored. Biggest 10 minutes of Kean's life. Not career. His LIFE. They WILL murder the poor bloke if they lose tonight!
Absolutely atrocious defending by a 15m rated defender Harry likes...well I hope he's watching, Cahill has gone right off the boil imo.
Ok. Saw on the 'Pool board that some Chelsea fans are saying that Terry should also get the same treatment as Suarez and they should accept that racial slurs are not acceptable no matter what club they play for or where they come from.
Think the Fail said that he might not be interested anymore, Dawson's apparantly back in Jan and therefore he feels the money could be invested elsewhere. Though it was the Fail...
I think that it's easier for Chelsea fans to accept the accusations levelled at Terry, PL. It's on camera and he's basically admitted what he said, but tried to claim an acceptable context. Trying to lip read Suarez is clearly out of the question, though.
Mind you notwithstanding Cahill's teammates having been playing badly and its probably rubbed of on him. Doesn't make him a bad player overnight.
I agree, but I think the problem is that some tackles are treated too leniently, not that Suarez too severely. Premeditated tackles like Roy Keane on the City player should have resulted in this type of punishment.
Was he ever that good a player PL, he grabbed some headlines in the last 12 months, most players go through a decent spell during their career, before that, he was nothing special imo.
Samba(another "target" of ours) has been piss poor too. We don't realise how lucky we are to have Bassong if the defending tonight is anything to go by.
My boss who is also an avid spurs supporter once told me- "never buy players from relegated or similar teams". The teams are there for a reason, the players haven't been good enough for a relegation scrap why would they be good enough for a top team.
I dont agree - Keane's tackle should have resulted in a criminal court charge of gbh as it would if done anywhere else
Didn't say he was right, its just what he thinks. Also I did mention a few of those names and he quickly changed the subject. No I think Parker can stay
Interesting twist: Professional Footballers' Association chairman Clarke Carlisle said on Twitter: "Unprecedented sanctions for an unprecedented verdict in 'on the pitch' racism. 100% correct, set the benchmark that racism is unacceptable."
