Good to see that Liverpool have accepted that Suarez is guilty and are not going to oppose the suspension. Good on them. Lets hope that John Terry gets the same treatment if found guilty and we can kick racism out of football for good.
Kuyt and Commoli gave evidence both of whom said they believe Suarez said to them in Dutch and Spanish respectively "I don't speak to Blacks" to which Suarez replied at the questioning "They both misquoted me"
Utter, utter ****e. Did you read the report? are you james lawton in disguise? Both Commoli and Kuyt (neither of whom are familiar with South American Spanish) said that, WHEN TRANSLATED TO DUTCH OR FRENCH, Suarez said 'Because you are black". The word por que also means 'why', and at no stage did Sqarez EVER say what he said translated into "because you are black". He also maintains, without any evidence to refute it, that it was said in response to Evra's taunt of 'don't touch me Sudac' - he never mentioned colour at all in relation to Evra's attempted wind-up and insults about his sister or a foul nearly five minutes before which apparently evra was still so distressed about.
The ' I don't speak to blacks' was one of the many unstubstantiated allegations by Evra that was not colloborated by any other sources (including his own teammates and VTR, let alone Kuyt or Commoli) that the panel chose to believe over any presumption of innocence.
As said, read the FULL report rather than the summary, halfwit.
I do so hope those of you that remain get the team the United/FA allow you to have.

Well, last word but one - I'll turn my telly on for one last game in february - and dear God Kenny, if you're still there, send them out to kick the **** out of every last one of them, especially that chiselling, coniving fart-in-a-bottle at left-back, even if it means another trumped-up persecution from the Ferguson Association.

Another deluded farcical scousers fan: how can it be a "trumped up persecution" when Dalglish has sent his players to "kick the **** out of every last one of them".
Suarez is guilty no matter what they say. I've said it all along...that the club will NEVER be able to support him as he has been found guilty of racial abuse!!!

You're a tedious little begger and you're like a dog with a bone. Sadly with no grip on reality.
Patrice Evra, in his evidence, admitted the exact same offence that Suarez has been condemned for - racially abusing Luis Suarez. However, since you're blatantly biased, I don't expect you to agree that Sudac is an insult relating to region or country of origin - but under the FA rules E3 (1) and E3 (2), that is exactly the same.
Strangely, the FA choose not to charge him for this, despite this insult actually preceding Suarez' own self admitted comment.
So - "go **** your sister!" Evra's first insult contravenes Rule E3(1) - no charge.
Then - "Don't touch me Sudac" Evra's second insult contravening rules E3(1) and E3(2) - no charge.
Of course, you don't understand the problem with this, why Liverpool fans are so pissed off with the FA's handling of the entire affair or the extraordinary 8 match ban when previous precedent was 4 matches. Of course not, you're partisan. St Patrice of Evra is just a victim...

The phrase Evra was accused of using against Suarez (even though Suarez admitted he never heard it) was 'Don't touch me South American'
This was shown to be unoffensive even if he did say it by Spanish speaking experts. It isn't a phrase known to be used against South Americans. What they did say is if Evra used the word 'Sudaca' which he is unaware of then it may be seen as racism considering that is a word used in Spain by the Spanish against South American immigrants.
Also if you seriously think somebody is going to get a ban for saying something about 'your sister's pussy' then you really are clutching at straws. Fans in the stadium say worse to players whilst sat next to their own children.

They say a lot worse than 'negro' too.
(Cue a rant about how I'm now condoning racist comments, how I'm typical of a Liverpool supporter, and how our club is a disgrace to humankind - points he's already made 3 or 4 times)

Do you think Glen Johnson lets Suarez call him negro?
Do you think he lets him say 'your sister's ****' to him?

Possibly. I believe that translates to 'High five my good friend' in Uruguay![]()
