Women were robbed of seven years of their pension mate, some excuse that economy couldn't afford it, yet we found billions for covid, not only for PPE but for people not to be at work either - we also have given billions in a war that is nowt to do with us.
I was always led to believe for nigh on 30 years I would retire at 65, like millions of others we were told half way through our lives the goalposts had been moved and I should just accept that people are living longer, which is untrue in my opinion, and even for argument sake if they are, living longer does not mean better health, so in the nigh future we will see people going to work with their zimmer frames.
Not having a go by the way bro, just giving a view.
just realised i didn't even respond to the second part.
Should have just let survival of the fittest take place, save the 40 billion from PPE/Covid, save the furlough being paid out and right now be the cushiest economy in the world.
Also would have probably been able to buy a house on the cheap
