Perez = Albert Luque Mk 2.

Thankfully, young Mike has some sense.

Sturridge for £40m

He's not injured... just tired after 10 mins of football that's all.

Let's face it, us trying to sign Joselu shows just how limited we are in terms of budget. I think it also shows how far down our list we've had to go because this transfer window has been ****ing mental. An average player costs £20 mil... A **** one will cost £10mil!!

Or over £12million, which is apparently the figure we offered and had rejected for Joselu.

If true, I'd rather we stumped up the extra £1.5m and went for Perez instead

Exactly, so I am left to doubt that we would offer £12 mil for Joselu, even taking into consideration wage demand. I doubt Stoke would state that as an offer was 'derisery', anyway.

Rafa must be pulling the rest of his hairs out

At least there's some good news, as Trippier appears to have picked up an injury against Juventus, meaning a 20 year old could start for Spurs. Need stuff like this to have a chance, and must capitalise.

I think we should be getting a player like Foden on loan. He would be mint behind Mitro, if we can't get rid of the carthorse <ok>

Man City won't be using him this season, and I think he's good enough for the premier league already.
