You have a plan but I bet large numbers of upper west do not take up any seat options. They are being asked to sacrifice being under cover with some of best views for mostly unwanted seats at the lowest points of the ground where you get soaked in rain or sleeted on or snowed on etc......just think about it

1) I've been in all parts of the ground and you only get a soaking if it's very windy/ swirling rain. I don't see that the UW is immune to that.

2. Just my view but the UW view is an interesting one but not the best which is where Assad Allem's box is and the East stand equivalent.
3. I think UW is ideal for away fans. Man City, Newcastle, SAFC, Spurs etc all put them higher up- keeps em out of sight and out of mind and out of earshot.
4.Maybe it's rEhab's idea so you 'Earn Your Stripes', by taking one for the team?

The West Upper moves are nothing to do with the prices, they're to accommodate an away fan move, whatever happens to prices that won't change.

**** idea to try and move away fans to Upper West- if anything, it could make the atmosphere even more sterile, unless you are one of the growing number of armchair fans (in which case you will just hear the away fans- hardly likely to tempt you back). Stick em in the worst corner of the ground, surrounded by our fans- pretty much where they are now in fact.
On the membership thing, it just seems short sighted in the extreme to potentially price out teenage fans. Ehab saying in 4 or 5 years time they will benefit from the adult membership - what planet is the guy on? Some legacy...the owners that priced out a generation

Much Ado About Nothing.

I go with my Brother. This will save us a significant amount of money. Which is good. Don't see why we should be subsidising other peoples kids.

Don't care where we sit (Ha!) as long as we have a decent view. We go to watch Hull City play football, and hopefully win, not to join a choir or listen to some drunken half-wit telling professional footballers that he/she could do the job better.

If you don't like it I suggest you protest in the strongest possible terms by not taking up "membership". Pay as you go or don't go.

I don't like Speedway, but instead of whining about it I don't go, and leave those who do to enjoy it. Easy.

We have a winner, ****OfThisAndAnyOtherMonth .......... thanks for your input, your prize is on it's way.

He was the same with the name change, all up for booing & all the **** that goes with it & now suddenly concerned that he's subsidising other people's kids. A proper ****.

I have now had a day to digest this scheme, and other peoples responses.
There is only one conclusion, IT'S A ****ING DISGRACEFUL ILL THOUGHT OUT ****BAG OF AN IDEA.
So we now know there will be around 2,500 absolutely forced to move, and countless more who move for financial reasons.
And thousands of kids, teenagers and OAPS who will be forced out either because they or their parents (in the case of kids) simply can't afford it.

I have worked a small business up from the recession in 1991 to a multi million turnover today, and if I told my customers the prices are going up 600% but you will save money "in four or five years" like Ehab has, they would not be customers for long.

I am not at all happy about the planned changes, I have a perfect seat on the half way line in the west upper.
I cannot imagine that half way line seats will be available elsewhere and am initially highly tempted to withdraw my support.
This has nothing to do with the team, but this regime has now managed to brass off someone who first went to City Reserves at the age of 4 with his Dad in 1949 and I must add, was hitherto pretty much pro-Allam, for which some will say, 'serves you right'.

I couldn't resist the invitation. Serves you right. They are a pair of ****ers and don't give a flying fig about you or anyone else.

Self opinionated gobshite.

If someone doesn't agree with you they're a troll? Dickhead.

Self opinionated? Should I have someone else's opinion & not my own, thick ****. Boo Boo Boo

You sound about 11 with as much gormless & ****ish views on this matter as you had on the name change issue.
