Oh, I agree. Posession alone isn't a reflection, they had 13 shots in the first half, we had 2/3rds of the ball but they beat us on stats 2 to 1 regardless.

0-3 flattered them but not enough for us to be deservedly-well beaten.

Just apply the same logic for us when we deservedly get results with low possession stats also. It works both ways.

Sadly, I don't think it did at all.
Could easily have been worse, or else 1-4, 2-5. if both sides had taken their chances
But the fact is, in spite of the possession stats, they were much better than us and, as others have said, they didn't seem to need to get out of 2nd gear even. Their keeper & defence will rarely have such an easy time this season.
