Seri, hardly wasted a pass and took a soft booking, But not the same player when we go one down ditto Tufan. But for his passing ability alone Seri gets my vote tonight.
Elder. Probably, behind Seri he was our best player in the first half, the bursting run should have brought the Stoke player who hauled him down a yellow card at least. Mystery why he was subbed at half time
Oscar, unlucky with the shot that hit the post. How good could he be if we had another forward up front with him and some decent crosses put in ?
On the negative side, we were piss poor tactically again, too slow coming out of defence and out muscled by a bigger stronger Stoke team, who were bang average but still won at a canter.

Pelkas - made us look like we had something about us
Oscar - didn't put a foot wrong when he saw the ball and a good effort that hit the post
Seri - played some nice positive passes

Honourables...
Longman, Elder

Interestingly only Oscar played the full 90. The rest were poor.

Dominated with 35% posession. Go figure...
Possession is such a pointless stat, and in no way indicates dominance, we had loads of the ball but did sack all with it and Stoke never ever looked in trouble, we on the other hand conceded 3 and lets face it could have easily conceded a couple more, they looked so much more dangerous than us, hence my view that they dominated the game

No wonder we lost, only Oscar on the pitch at the end.

I like Elder. but I also understand why he got hooked. When he got the ball in space, he put in a cross. When he got the ball faced with a defender, he went backwards or sideways. Longman immediately started taking the wing back on and beating him pretty much every time. It's why neither Elder nor Coyle are really wingbacks, they don't have it in them to take on a man and beat them. Fleming does, which is why he's the preferred option when he's fit.

Just got back from holiday in time for the game.
8 hour delay.8 hour flight.
Home at 1845 at MKM at 1935.
Wish my flight was delayed an extra couple of hours.
One of the poorest games for a long time.

Pelkas.
Oscar.
No third place the others tied for eleventh.
