1. Alfie Jones - good solid performance, good tackles, headers and interceptions.
Mcloughlin- same as Alfie , so hard to split them , so first equal .
3 . Docherty - doing the dirty work again and working hard to do it .

Jones was excellent throughout.

Starting line up lacking attacking intensity again. substitution’s very strange today, Connolly & Tufan need to stay on with better creative players. Like Slater but no way should he be on wing or played as an attacking player

Only saw the 2nd half so disregard if it don't count, but from what I saw ;
1. Jones ... won all his headers, his tackles and interceptions, can't ask for more then that, for me personally based on the 2nd half alone he was our stand out player
2. Mclaughlin.. again cleared everything that came his way.

Connolly, can only assume he'd taken a knock.
Longman, was maybe a 5 and a half, but just thought everyone else was a 5. He at least ran at players and created a couple of half chances.

Ozan. - I can understand keeping an eye on Tuesday but subbing him off killed any real attacking momentum.
Special mention for the absolute melts who accept free travel and then boo an away point at a place we always struggle and want Ingram dropped following a 3rd successive clean sheet.

Tufan should never have been taken off. We lost all momentum when he and Seri went off. Which let Stoke off because at the time we were really pressing for a goal.
