Stewart was many people's MotM against Rotherham and looked good against Brighton too. He hasn't played since then. What more can he do?
Is this confirmed anywhere?

The way it's written suggests a possible permanent switch at a later date.

Hopefully that means we asked for more than Burnley wanted to pay based on his form at the end of last season and they said only if we can try him first. Gives us a bit of cash for the loan, and then if he rediscovers his form we get more money than we'd get for a straight perm deal now.
I don't think we should be selling him at all to be honest, regardless of poor performances he could still turn out to be a fantastic player and I think he should be given another two years to test that possibility, rather than losing him to Burnley for £500k and then them selling him to the likes of Swansea for £4m a year or two later.

This is a stupid stupid decision!
Surely it's too early to say because it's dependent on a) how much we're getting, and b) who we could be signing later on?

Based on Cam's potential I think it's stupid. We all know what he can do on his day. And it's left us light on wingers. Unless he Brucey is going to get another winger, 2CM's and a striker in I think its bad news letting anyone go at all, as we look light again on the squad depth
That's a bit optimistic, saying we'll be selling him to the likes of Swansea. I think they're in for better players then Cam.
Still not too sure about this transfer- it could backfire.
So if we bring in Josh King on loan with a view to buy for £1M in January, and then it turns out the fee agreed with Burnley for Stewart is £2M (which is why they want the loan before committing) is it still a stupid decision?
