Meh I find all of these zany "man on the mic" types annoying as ****. Just announce the teams and let the fans build the atmosphere, although obviously most in attendance have forgotten how to do that these days

It’s a bit cheesy but our atmosphere has been rubbish for ages. This is much better than stuff like goal music as it actually is a nod to what we’ve done previously.
Would much rather we just did it ourselves but we don’t.

I hate all the pre-game noisy PA idiots, and the overloud music, it drowns out any possibility of an atmosphere before kick-off.
The stand introductions are cringe, and so is playing "falling in love" before kickoff, cos that's also the song of several other teams.

Mascots are far too tame and family friendly these days. Early 2000s was a golden era for them
