Yes but I never progressed from insects.
I only killed the crow as a drugged up teenager.. It was sitting minding it's own business on a branch just above head height and I happened to have a large stick. I swung at it with all my might and BOOSH.. I was surprised as it sailed into a holly bush.. I ran over saw it was struggling and took the decision to stamp on its head.... I felt terrible... I thought it would move... A sad memory actually.

None of the group messed with me that night.
