My point was Labour knew the rules specific to the workplace and area they were in, and kept within them.

Yours may well have been different, remember all they did was apply the relevant rules, they had no hand in setting them. If yours were set incorrectly that’s down to the government at the time.

Tbf as you work in the care service having stricter rules is probably proportionate, as you are likely to be in contact with vulnerable people.

Labour broke the rules specific to their workplace. Check the rules for early 2021.

My workplace had differing rules, but if we my workplace being a care service had acted similarly (breaking rules) we would have been breaking the law, and the staff would have been involved in multiple breeches of covid regulation and risk assessment = illegal gross misconduct.

There is a difference here. We as the little people would be not allowed to act in the same manner as these political elites. The Labour leader and leaders showed how little they thought of the little peoples sacrifices being made, demonstrated judgement that speaks volumes for their attitude, while breaking rules for all except the MOD, services etc.

The police have fully investigated and found otherwise, I’d rather take their word fit if , with respect.

Is this a WUM? As corrupt as the politicians..<doh> Their strings are pulled from all angles...
They at least have all the facts and testimonies, we don’t. If you really believe they’re that corrupt, why even bother having them investigate. I know let’s have justice by social media, a much better idea. <doh><doh>

So what if a group of workers next door had been on the evening shift, were caught having a pizza and prosecco together before leaving for home, would they have been guilty because they would have broken rules that Starmer appears to have obeyed, Barmy.
Arrested and fined at a guess!!! "necessary for work purposes".....absolute bollocks!!

so what were the rules then?? gatherings of that many at that time onside or offisde?
Umm , I’m not the police, as I’ve explained there were different rules at different times, for different areas, the Labour Party knew the relevant rules at that time for Durham, and made sure they kept within them, the police have investigated twice now, they have all the relevant information about what went on,,which despite what others may say, we do not have access too, and agree no rules were broken. What’s your problem? , no rules broken, move on.

I don’t know the answer to that, and frankly, neither do you, each case would be judged on its merit. If my aunt had balls she’d be my uncle.
