yes good idea but where would all the pound shops and pawn brokers goCan't they just demolish the city centre and build it there? Two birds with one stone.
...The club has enough money in the bank to invest in bricks and mortar that would easily pay for itself in a short time. your not spending your investing for the future....They could be housed under the stands. Can see it now 'the Poundstretcher end' opposite the Cash Generator stand.yes good idea but where would all the pound shops and pawn brokers go
The council cant wait to off load the liberty to us, They are trying their hardest and should the board accept then we will be ****ed from here on in.....Wait , wait and then wait some more , The Council will give in to the Clubs offer of buying it at some point, although I have mixed emotions ,great if the Club buy it cheaply but with my taxpayers hat on, the best price they can get for it .
As for pipe dreams, I like dreams. Even the scary ones. That's why a 35k seater stadium at the end of the tidal lagoon, a few miles out to sea is my preferred pipe dream. Just how frigging awesome would that be haha!
It would never ever happen but it would quickly become one of the most iconic stadiums in the world of football!

We already have permission for the stadium expansion so what is the issue?
Didn't they look at the Felindre site at one time for a new stadium. That would still be an option, but parking could well be an issue. Access would be good though.
