So although the Liberty isn't owned by the Club, we are still able to make an application?Yep club made the application.
Cheers Never!Applications are made by the company responsible for the build. I made one in our company name for a school swimming pool, as we were responsible for the whole project. It's a pain, as you keep getting people call you selling their wares!! You can pick up a lot of info off a lead generation company telling you the status of planning applications. We have one but not for Wales, as you pay for certain areas costs a lot of money.

Cheers Jagar - but aren't there joint tenants/lessors, namely the Swans and the Ospreys? Seems that the O's aren't named on the application.Yes because it's a commercial building, obviously the landlord has to approve the change as well. A lot of commercial building like bank branches, supermarket buildings and so on are on full repair and insurance leases, which means that the leaser are responsible for that. It normally also means that they responsible for health and safety stuff as well
Permission has been given by the Council - that really is everything. Any concerns local residents, the Police or highways had would have been considered by the Planning authority prior to making their decision. Some on here are assuming its like when someone applies for an extension on their house. It couldn't be so different and much more complicated....

Do you all get it? Dai wants a new stadium, that's because this one is getting far too old, being over 10 years old and all that............![]()
keep dreaming i know more than most on here........it wont happen, it cant happen until the numerous major problems have been solved and that is the crux of the situation......Its a no brainer why nothing has started
