Of all the moments this season, that’s the one that’s broken me. Just ****ing boot the ball man.
Yeah can’t wrap my around it. You’re a CB, it’s like 94 mins… what do you need a touch in your box for?! Hit the **** and be done with it.

They can only try King

Remember that when they’re all slapping in transfer requests in the summer because they think they’re too good for the championship.

In case you couldn’t tell, I’m not happy with any of the players.

Too little too late though, Spurf.

For what they are earning, trying is the bare minimum.

I’m not gonna give them credit while the club is in a relegation battle that it shouldn’t be in.

There isn’t one of them I’d be sad to see sold tbh.

Brighton don’t even have anyone that takes long throws I don’t think, safe as anywhere out the side of the pitch!

Our most reliable defender this season as well, typical.

That’s actually broken me today. Feel sick, can’t even bring myself to eat.

Yeah there’s no credit to be given for a draw at home to Brighton.

Spurs played much better and were marginally the better side overall in the game.
But de Zerbi is shuffling the pack, just like previous managers. So many changes of personnel all the time - which makes it hard for the players to gel as a team.
Simons gets a goal and an assist (both real quality) yet he didn’t play at Sunderland (except for the last few minutes). Why?
Spurs still seem disjointed - relying on moments of individual quality or being undone by individual mistakes.

It’s absolutely done me this one.

There’s been so much wrong this season - and for once we get a game where the tactics are good, the team RDZ picked was actually working, we’ve had two brilliant moments to give us the lead. All it takes to win that game is doing the simple, easy thing. And we don’t.

Tbf could say the same about Xavi if he’d squared it for RKM when he hit the post, but I’m inclined to give him a pass moreso than Danso as he got the goal and assist.

I get the concept of keeping Xavi in reserve for Sunderland as we were expecting a physical game, which is the sort Xavi can get bullied out of

The real question was why we started with a Gray/Gallagher pivot in that game, as surely that's the sort of match where starting Palhinha makes sense

Reactions: Citizen Kane.

I’ve been done for a while anyway to be honest. I’ve resigned myself to relegation for weeks now.

But moments like that will just still piss me off. There was a glimmer of hope today that maybe, just maybe we’ll begin to dig ourselves out of this ditch we’ve buried ourselves in but then a moment of idiocy just somewhat reminds us all of exactly why we’re in this ditch in the first place.

We are all bitterly disappointed and we will all respond in our own way. For me all of this is on the Directors they have the duty of care to see that the club is properly equipped and they failed.

Agree with this but these players are paid enough to get at least enough points to not be relegated and they’re failing to even do that.
