How long do you fast for?
Think I'd struggle to fast for an hour tbh
Roughly from around 2am to half 9pm
For a month.
You'd be ****ed.
I'd be alright at night, never eat until after 9pm anyway because the mrs doesn't finish work until 8pm
I'd be ****ed the rest of the time though
Last response was maybe a little flippant mate.
I hit the gym or the pub from day to day mate.
I just look forward to Eid so we can get back into the routine of the ****ng rat race into London!!
Good luck Spurlock. Takes some willpower to sustain Ramadam at the height of the summer. Just though you know though....
My missus and daughter breeze it!

I'm sat at work....warm night...dreading the adjustment...usually I get home and have a Spliff to sort me out, straight to bed in the morning or I will be unbearable.
I'm going to be honest with you Flanders. I think I'm still going to be abusing you regardless of it being Ramadan, as and when the opportunity arises.
I am normally ok Alhamdulillah, inshallah you will be fine without the spliff and inshallah this month helps you to give up altogether
I will refrain or try to refrain from it homer! hopefully you will too especially if we lose tomorrow, just remember you know suppose to take pleasure put of someone's misery lol
