Someone on another forum has just made an excellent point, if McIlroy wins the golf today by ten shots then fails to fill his card properly he gets disqualified. If that happened do you think he could ask the second placed guy to stand aside?

Celtic never applied the rules...

UEFA applied their rules...it is not up to Celtic or legia to decide what the next step is.
