Yes that looks a good side and yes Redknapp won't pick it. Taraabt and Remy haven't figured and he doesn't like Faurlin.

Not bad. Adel on the left for me, with AJ doing the running for Remy.

I thought we played well tonight. We had some great spells in possession created chances and we're starting to look like a team again. I was impressed with Henry, he did the basics well and helped us retain the ball. The only minus's for me were Zamora and Green, otherwise everyone else performed well. I shall look forward to reading Judo's take on proceedings.

Only saw the Sky high lights but i saw about as much action in that 5 min as I did most of last season!

I'll settle for that at this stage.

I went to lastnights game with a feeling of depression due to recent events and shambolic pr from the club. I have to say that the teams performance lifted my gloom, they looked sharp on the whole and very much up for it. Hoillett. Had a very good game, he actually ran at players and beat them. Henry surprised me, looked very solid. Zamorra worked hard but was very dissapointing, still cant win headers and failed to control a large % of the balls fed to him. AJ worked hard, Dunne played half the game and did nothing wrong. Suk-Yung and Simpson were solid.

All in all a solid if unspectacular performance. But Im still concerned at the direction the clubs going, and what the near future holds for us.

I am certainly more positive now having been to last nights game. We played quite well aside from the opening 20 minutes. When miba came on for garner at half time he injected some pace into our attacks and did well with Henry.

I thought Henry showed positive signs and both him and Mbia ran the midfield at the beginning of the second half. Our attack play was better, and I thought Hoilett actually had his best game for us. He ran at and beat defenders and his corners were quite good.

However, I still think we lack badly up front and we can't rely on SWP. I thought him and Zamora were very poor. I think HR is right that we need more attacking players. Zamora was awful yet again.

Garner also struggled again. It seems he doesn't like it when the opposition put in physical tackles.

I think there's no chance of Zamora leaving and I'd rather judge him based on competitive games, so I'm still giving him a chance.

Cheers Sussex and Judo, good to read some positives, although I'll need to check the rule book to see if you are allowed to say that Hoilett played well! You two deserve medals.

Judo, please get Granero added to your dictionary. Garner had me guessing for a while, luckily the context confirmed his identity!

See you on Saturday in the C&S?

Ah that error was down to the fact that I used the iPad to write that!

Must say I was surprised at how well Hoilett can play. Needs to do that regulary.

Should hopefully be able to pop into the pub before, just need to make sure I can get away from my judo club early.
