Historically a bit of a bogey team but I feel this fixture may be a draw.

I'd like to see Shelvey and Merino continue in the middle of midfield assuming the former's broken finger won't keep him out of contention. I'd start Mitrovic and continue with Perez. Atsu and Ritchie have knocks but either way I'd like to see Murphy given a chance on the left.

How long is it since we had such faith on our defence that we didn’t bother mentioning them in our team predictions.
Much more hopeful going into away games because of that but would be very happy with a draw in this game.




Oh sorry Dorts - I almost forget. This is much better than Alberts efforts.

Just been on Equivalent thread on Sarfampton board and its a bit embarrassing as they have over 100 posts on theirs!
Anyway general consensus there seems to be a tight game with us setting out to defend and nick one on the break but they should just have enough if they can get their scoring boots on.
 
Anyone going to this. Easy trip from landan for me so have gone to visit my cousin down here for the weekend. As joselu scored and is integral to how we play, I think he'll start. Rafa doesn't trust mitrovic, namely due to mitrovic being a complete mad b*St*Rd who loves to get banned for a rest.

Getting the scoring boots on is the tough bit though! As you've probably seen we've only scored 10 PL goals at home in 2017!!

Think a lot depends on if we change things up or not. If we start with the same personnel and system as the last few games then I think you'll do a job on us.

Theirs was posted Tuesday. Ours only today. There are some lazy bastards around. I may have to start doing our match threads again....

For now though... i’ll Help the post count along for you..
