If he'd given the foul on Dyer as a penalty would he have had to send the offender off as it was a goal scoring opportunity?

However, the argument could be "The foul was on Dyer and therefore not a goal scoring opportunity

LOL - very true ... the only place lloyd could have put that follow up that wouldn't have been a goal was to smash it in the defenders mush! ... he could even have taken a first touch before passing it into the corner!
