That proves nothing other than people in communities tend to vote for the same parties for obvious reasons. The report excludes how the white people in the same areas vote, possibly for the same parties because that's usually how it goes.

Go to certain parts of any city and the voters will vote mostly for the same party, go to the posh areas of London and I bet you most of them vote Tory, whether they be an ethnic minority or not.
