This isn't bitterness but I've always felt that ynwa is one of the most overrated football songs out there.

Not even their best song imo.

And they sing it too quick.

(blowing bubbles is worse though <laugh>)

I have to disagree, I grew up watching the Kop singing that song on European nights on TV back in the 60’s. That’s when it caught on and became their anthem, and it is kind of moving watching the players singing it along with the fans on a night like this.

Lovren and Lallana can **** the **** off though.

Funny that those who offered the least hog the screen time the most...

Well that's that.

Tbf CHAMPIONS league.

Both teams not champions of their league last season. Not even runners up. In fact Liverpool 25 pts off from being champions.

Champions league??? More like money making farce.

Honestly, the original conception of the Champions League/Cup would be dull as hell until the semifinals. Both Spurs and Liverpool knocked off multiple champions of big leagues along the way, which would seem to suggest that they belonged.

Yes agreed and it would be a bit of a mouthful if Liverpool were crowned team that came 4th and beat champions league.

Have to say I'm pleased for Klopp, brilliant coach and manager who's passion is infectious. Definitely good for the league and the best in the world for me. Fancy them for league next season.

Didn't want them to win it n seeing Adam with a EC medal will sting a bit but you have to say that they're an absolutely fantastic side who probably deserve to win one of the big two.

All rivalry aside as Archers said a few weeks I think you'd have to be very mean spirited to begrudge them their success. Well done Liverpool.

Anyway, that's 6 big ears for them now, puts them outright 3rd most successful doesn't it?

Definitely have enough to donate us one anyway for our contribution

Syphilis is also infectious...

They're Champions of Europe mate - and deservedly so. It was a curiously lacklustre final, but it's been a great competition this season.
True mate:emoticon-0148-yes: I can't deny that and not knocking Liverpool for that. More the format of the European competitions, the europa league has far too many games and there was a day that the European cup was for champions.

Top 4 dilutes this a bit for me but can see why it's been done and also makes end of season more competitive/exciting.for competition for places.
