Rafa and Poch are the top two according to book makers, I would really prefer Pochettino honestly.

Personally I think Poch is gash.

Average at Espanyol, Average at Southampton, Average at Spurs.

His transfers are shockingly bad and if the rumours are true that he passed on a lot of very good players and chose not to sign players for 18 months to suit his agenda.
