Thanks Hobbit and Norway Jack for your input. I think it's best I have a read around first before I decide if I'm going to stick around.

There are obviously issues between Ki and Laudrup and he is merely being diplomatic in his reasons for not recalling him from Sunderland. Whatever reasons he has we must back Laudrups judgement on this matter, after all he his much closer to the situation than us. Regarding his failure to play our younger players, he obviously thinks they are not ready or good enough at present. I watch the under21's regularly and there are no stand out players there at present. He spotted Ben Davies as soon as he arrived here and was not afraid to give him his chance. A player and manager of Laudrup's pedigree should and will inevitably make the right decisions.

Don't know if this has been posted already but it would appear that Ki's recall deadline has passed.....Sunderland trying to sign him permanently before the end of the month;

Donnelly was on the bench the last game??
We need to get a different thread going to get away from the Ki debate. It's clear the ship has sailed. Let's start debating potential transfer targets. Any leads? My dad saw a black player with his wife/girlfriend leaving the Liberty just before New Year. Short hair, around 5'7". A Swans representative pointed in the direction of town (Morgans?) and said "You remember where you're going, right?" before waving him away as he drove away in his Range Rover sporting a French number plate. Two weeks have passed so this must have been a no-go though.
Pretty sure that was solely because we had nobody else to put on the bench. When Jazz and Lee Lucas are on the bench for the away trip to Old Trafford, considering there was a full week's "rest" before and after the game, you know we're struggling. Did any of them get on the pitch? No.

At least Donnelly was on the bench, he cannot possibly be worse than Aloevera!
Why isn't he giving Donnelly a run out? No point putting him on the bench if he'll never use him. And yes, can't be any worse than Alvaro - who's only on loan anyway.
Dai you are talking about ML here. He would not do anything the right way. We deserve to lose Ki as long as he is here. Donnelly wont last much longer either the way ML is holding him back, he would do better at another club...
