The whole football world knows it.

You are buying players that just kept you above the drop zone last season plus the history of the premiership doesnt bode well for small clubs like Norwich and Hull.

Nothing personal so enjoy your fifteen minutes of fame.

Good luck next season though.

Sorry Rick but for once we will have to agree to disagree. I cannot see how Adams can give Murphy a chance if there are 4 players ahead of him for 2 places in the team and 1 on the bench. 2 would have to be injured before he even gets on the bench. In the event of an injury crisis we can always use the loan system. I seriously believe that the likes of Murphy and Loza should be at least on the bench for the majority of games next year and make at least 10 starts.

I've been thinking of this and have come around to your way of thinking 1950. Grabban is classed as both a winger and a striker, so there is another option there if needed. Like you, I'm very keen for City to take this season as a chance to bring on young players. Redmond should also have a good chance to develop his game and is a good model for Murphy to follow. Hopefully Loza will get more playing time as well. Adams knows them well and is disposed to giving them a chance.
