A lot of places now are targeting smokers and the fines are heavier than parking offences and no discount. It seems more acceptable to the jobsworths to throw takeaway packaging and gum on the ground than cig ends.

I think the fines are about £150 now, you can get fined less for speeding (min £100).

Part the problem is plastic bins, authorities have started to rectify this now with cig bins, but littering is a universal problem not just something related to smokers. But as always in the anti smoking campaign they prefer to target smokers as the problem, you never see the penalty jobsworths at club closing time when most rubbish starts hitting the ground, that includes the humans themselves.

Smokers drop cigs on the floor, stand on them and walk off. It's a sad fact. Not all do but a lot do and they are usually fat or as skinny as **** and have a ridiculous look of **** you entitlement on their faces.

I'm not saying people who don't smoke don't drop litter as they definitely do but there's no doubt that a lot of smokers see discarding their used ***s as par for the course and they deserve to fined right up to the hilt, **** em.

So when workers clear dual carriage ways and motorways through the night of litter is it cig ends they are picking up, no, it's fooking sacks fulls of rubbish people have discarded from their cars. I will always use a cig bin where available, if not available i will use the side of a litter bin. I don't smoke in my car so certainly do not discard it from a window. I think you need to get off the stereo typing chief, it's clearly causing you hang ups in your life.

All this arguing but at the end of the day smokers are dicks.

Not really dicks but selfish as **** sometimes. I find that if I go drinking with a smoker, I spend most of the evening stood outside when I would rather be inside.

In the summer I used to enjoy flicking my butt through the open window of passing cars. Obviously, soft tops with the hood down were best for this - for a while I actually though the council were providing these as mobile ash-trays.

I still remember the time i was driving down the Old Kent Road, someone in an open soft top cut a lorry up. The trucker eventually managed to get alongside and emptied the entire contents of his ashtray into the geezers car

It is usually bottles of piss on the side of motorways thrown by lorry drivers.

Inconsiderate parents that change nappies in the car and throw the wipes and nappy on the street should be shot .
