Smoking

Anyone ever smoke or remember the multi coloured Sobranie cigarettes?

 

I quit properly about 5/6 years ago. In the end I wasn't enjoying it.

Had a couple of lapses and smoke a cigar if it's available once in a blue moon

That said I always hated cheap cigs. I used to buy berkley red to cut down. As they were ****

Oh i only smoked for a few years but quit Now i feel better.yeah yeah I think that says more about them than anything else.

 

And most smokers are on benefits so his point is null and void

Sobranie Cocktails. My first proper girlfriend used to smoke those - she had delusions of grandeur, basically aspired to be Sue Ellen from Dallas. Lived in a council house, but was the biggest snob I ever met. Great dancer though.

 

Most of the posters banging on about cigarette smoke ruining their day are all over the BBQ thread where they happily set fire to a metal barrel full of coal .

 

I smoke probably less than 5 a day on a normal day, but if I'm drinking then easily hammer 20+. I have never really tried to quit and have been smoking for close to 15 years now, but I still don't think I am hugely addicted. If I go out on a Friday and smoke 20 ***s then I probably won't smoke again until the Tuesday or something, just don't get cravings that often.

Cigars are ****ing vile as well. Smoked "good" ones when I was in Cuba and they are disgusting.

 

I've no problem with people smoking. Thankfully I tried it when I was 10 and threw my guts up. Never had the urge to do it since.

 

The sun , chips ,chocolate and beer are all bad for your health if you have too much.

The fun Nazis will be threatening to punch people for eating a Mars bar in public soon .

 

Only so the fat unhealthy bastards can nick it off you!

 

While they unwrap their non biodegradable plastic from their sausages and burgers.

 

If you chopped all their fingers off, many smokers would find it a lot easier to quit ..

 

Enjoying a nice roll up in a pub garden.

Watch those kids in prams though! Better still, watch their parent's.
