Most of their staff work seven hours, once every two weeks, for minimum wage.

Yeh I know but I can make big savings by getting loyal supporters who want to do a bit to help the club to do all the stewarding, pitch forking the pitch, selling programs, working in the shop and other stuff just for a free ticket. I can't believe the the Allams didn't think of it already.

Didn't say good enough. Said he prioritized working for the scum over us. Which he did.

He worked for the SMC and for FC, the only organisation in the KCOM he didn’t work for was City.

And you rather missed the point, the SMC’s claims were made up, they’ve been moving the goalposts each time they get found out.

An Allam trait.

Why want them to win, what's a fair crack of the whip? He was moonlighting while working for us.
I posted way back in this thread, he's done it, we know he's done it, the club know he's done it. Proving it is quite difficult as he is in the ground whe both jobs are.

As I understand it he worked for Hull FC as well as the SMC for years before he signed the new contract. All that time he wasn't in breach of his contract of employment. It was only when he signed the new contract of employment that he had to ask permission to continue working for Hull FC. It looks like he didn't. The new contract and its consequences should have been explained to him, including the part about asking for permission to continue working for Hull FC.

The supervisor should have been told that on Hull FC match days they both had to work and time off shouldn't be granted.

None of these points are included in the SMC's defence which implies they weren't done. If they had of, been they both would have been sacked well before they were.

I think they have been treat poorly and hope they win.

He worked illegally for the scum. When he should have been doing the job he was paid to do.

The SMC withdrew all their claims about the pitch not being good enough, they were completely made up, the independent report they had done actually said the pitch was well maintained.
They were not made up at all. Have you forgotten Burnley and Swansea complained about the state of the pitch ? The independent report said the pitch was well maintained seeing two clubs shared it but concerns were shown about its preparation.
