I have lost 10kg in about six weeks simply by cutting down on my usual intake. I have a 'fasting' day on alternate days when I eat very sparingly and just don't pig out on the other days. If I fancy something which has high calorific value, only have a little bit.Eat less
I also let my wife carry my wallet. It's loses quite a bit of weight when I get it back.
