Well he's been with us since 12 only one season out on loan at Académica. He's our captain, our Pirlo. Great player, extremely inteligent. Good positioning, good at free kicks and our penalty taker. He said he wants out but our president will only sell near the release clause of 45 million euros. And its Adrien i spelt wrong in the other post.

Sporting bought André, Das Bost and Castaignos along with Joel Campbell all this week. Slimani is more than gone and i suspect Adrien will be gone too.
 
We are closing in on signing Adrien Silva for £21M according to sky. If we sign Silva before Slimani we would have broken our transfer record 4 times this summer

Our president is saying that there's no offer for Adrien and even if there was only paying the release clause of 45 million euros. We don't want to lose 3 important players this year.
 
Sporting have released a statement about Silva basically saying he made a commitment to end his career there when he signed a new contract in Feb. And before now he has never expressed an interest in leaving

Clearly we're some way apart in the figures at the moment.
 
Offer 30 & tell um to take it or leave it. You get the feeling that a **** take is going on. If the player wants the move it (money) could put a spanner in the works. I wonder how he´d feel about that ?
 
£30m seems like a good compromise, especially if he has shown interest in leaving and have already got in a replacement.

Just hardballing it given the limited amount of time thats left.
 
West Brom have bid £25M for Carvalho - will Sporting have any midfielders left at the end of the window?
