I genuinely cannot believe people are defending the Allams because of some petty revelry with a club that doesn't even play the same sport.

The Allams own the SMC, therefore have the responsibility to maintain the stadium. If anyone thinks that stadium was in acceptable condition on Monday night I worry for them. I wouldn't have taken that much to hire a cleaning company to come in and deep clean the stadium.

When I was last there for the Leeds game last year the stadium looked tired. There was paint pealing of the girders and leaks in the roof.

It's a disgrace what Allams have done to the stadium.
Hiw much would it have taken to hire a cleaning company out of interest? And do cleaning company’s paint the girders and fix leaks in the roof?

Or sort out mirrors in ladies toilets...

Not sure if you're missing the point about the mirrors, I was one of those who kept bringing it up on here not as though they were the most important thing on the agenda of the fans meetings but to highlight how even the most simple things never got sorted.

Bring it up at one meeting sorted by the next. Either we looked into it and due to safety issues its not going to happen or it's done.

The most important question is are the mirrors in the ladies sorted out? That was item number one on the agenda when fans groups could put their concerns across in meetings with the club.
I think that is a very valid question .

Those new extra floodlights installed themselves, likewise the new dug outs, and press boxes they had to install when we reached the PL. All free those. The pitch cuts and relays itself too by magic. Those automated turnstiles just turned up one morning too and installed themselves. To say they have spent 'naff all' on maintenance is ridiculous.
The eggchasers are moaning about a bit of dust on seats that haven't been used for 14 months, bird ****, a broken toilet seat and low water pressure. FFS. Did none of them ever go to the old boulevard ? The only running water there was the piss running down the back of the 3p stand.

You are correct about most of this but it doesn't make it right does it. It's nowt to do with the Boulevard. It's about the stadium not being ready for the public (customers) it doesn't matter if it's football or rugby.

No I'm just a supporter of Hull City and no-one else. The SMC do maintain the stadium. The complaints were asked for before the game was even played by Sir Adam. I've been around long enough to know that even if the stadium was in squeaky clean condition, after Sir Adams whinging, the eggchasers would have found something to moan about and the HDM will have headlined with it. It politics, pure and simply, nothing to do with a bit of bird **** and low water pressure, can't you see that ?

So you think that the players managers Directors would put up with sitting in ****ty seats a toilets that don't work?

Why should paying customers which ever sport the follow?

I agree. Customers are paying good money, they should get decent facilities. It's not just football or RL. If my local cinema had the best sound system and the best projection kit going I wouldn't go if the seats were caked with popcorn or the toilets stank.

Course they all went to the Boulevard, packed in the Thrup Knee stand in their thousands against Brambley or Hunslet.

Only 2 things of any note good about Hull Sharks.
1) demolition of ‘hell’ in 2009.
2) Jack Harrison - for obvious reasons.

My mates sister runs a big cleaning company and quoted for work at the KC when Sir Adam was in charge, he tried to reduce the quote so far that she more or less told him to **** off as the staff would have been on half minimum wage,

Same issue at Old Trafford isn't it, where owners are letting the facilities decline to avoid spending money, and fans are in uproar about it?

Found plenty of mucky seats at the KCOM for City games even when season is on.

Not great but we deal with it.

No no no no no
Saint Adam would never ever do this

I’ve not seen the evidence of all this

Tbh I don’t think I’ve been to any away stadium and thought oh I could eat my dinner off the floor in here
