It was posted on another thread this morning. I'm not sure why Simon Jordan would know this.

Simon Jordan is well versed in libel action. He must know this to be fairly accurate otherwise he would not have made the statement.

I have suspected this was the case for a while as we were so lousy and performances thoroughly dreadful. As bad as McCann undoubtedly is, there has to be other factors.

if Allams are picking the team then what is McCann's contribution - so far he's getting the blame for **** football, no passion, no idea, no plan and 6 points out of 60 - if that's the case why doesn't he **** off if it's all Prefab's fault - why is he taking the can - I don't buy it

Hull City have categorically denied claims from Simon Jordan that the Allam family have a say in head coach Grant McCann’s team selection.

The suggestion was previously been refuted by McCann as recently as July, but Jordan made the extraordinary comment during his regular guest spot on Talksport today.

The outspoken Jordan, whose partner is Hull-born businesswoman Michelle Dewberry, spent 10 years in charge of Palace and was asked by presenter Jim White if had ever told a manager to play a certain individual. Jordan said: “No… You can’t have a dog and bark.

“You can and clubs do it. Look at Hull City. Their owners are picking teams, selling their best players and that’s why they’re in League One now and in demise.

“Look at other clubs that have allowed owners to run roughshod.”

City have since been contacted for a response and they strenuously deny any suggestion that McCann’s team selections are influenced by his employers.

To be fair, it does sound like a load of bollocks.

Well it's true they've ridden roughshod over the club, sold the best players and we are in L1 but that doesn't mean they've been picking the team.

Why would Ehab or anyone for that matter, not sack a ‘manager’ who only managed 6 points from 60 by saying he (the ‘manager’) wasn’t entirely to blame? It’s probably bollocks but who knows with these clowns?

No Manager would allow this...for his own future integrity...and to ensure employability.
Interviewer: So Grant, tell us about your managerial stint at Hull City.
Grant: Well I had a wee bit of input but essentially I was a puppet Manager, with His Highness Lord Ehab, taking the reins when it came to team selection.
Interviewer: I see, well Goodbye, Blyth Spartans AFC require someone with a bit of managerial nous for the National League North.

I think there’s an element of truth in it.
The only element would have been henriksen
In the same way Eriksson wasn’t playing for spurs after refusing a contract
Clubs do it regularly with players who are been ****.
Terrys out of his depth as a manager
Ehabs out of his depth as a chairman.
leta hope ehab sees the light after five games. Anymore than that and we’re in trouble if we want to bounce back at the first attempt.
