Sounds like a Taxi for Nigel is the order of the day then,at least the bloke won't go hungry. Catch 22 or what? Nigel probably now having to look at Sunday league players, our best striker finally spitting his dummy out and fans becoming more and more disenchanted is there any wonder the ' For Sale' sign creaking over the clubs nameless emblem has cobwebs on it? Scary when you think, the further we sink down the football league the less anyone will want to buy us out,or so you would imagine. Add to that the Allam's syndrome and there you have it,the perfect storm for our potential demise in my book.

Anyone seen a lifeboat around?

How has he spat his dummy out. Is there anyone who actually thought Abel would be staying?

Abel’s done nowt wrong.

He’s out of work in less than 6 months. His current employers have not offered to extend his contract. He, as anybody else would be, is looking for a new job. If he can secure a contract before his current one expires then fair play to him.

We’d all love him to stay, he’d rip League One a new arsehole next season, unfortunately his employers are not encouraging him to do so. Therefore he is free to openly look for other opportunities.

Good luck to him.
