Time to stop going through Head Coaches like disposable wipes. There's only one common denominator on the inside and that's Short. He doesn't know the sport, he's not willing to spend enough to keep us up. Bout time he went. I want him to pack up and piss off and let us die as a club in peace.

He can keep the club but he needs to bring someone in who knows how to run a club.

The board need assessing.

This is what the club needs.

He should try to bring Quinn back he knows football, the club and what the fans deserve.

The way we are at the minute I just don't know who would want the managers job.

We agree in principle but not on the candidate. Quinn was a disaster. He was a soft touch, a weak negotiator and unambitious.

Anton Ferdinand for 8m and 50k a week.

I don't want to go back there.

Funky as I've stated on another post somewhere there is another common denominator. Oshite, Crunchie head, Seb, AJ, Catts n Fletch. All highly paid freeloaders.

And short gave three of them new contracts, so there's three that Short has retained as the common denominator. If he knew the game he would have known to get shot, but hew didn't want to spend so gave them new contracts. I'm not going to attempt to run an Ice cream company, I know nothing about it. I'd run it into the ground. SAFC is being ran into the ground.

He hasn't the minerals to take us on, I posted yesterday his fortune is more than the owners of Palace, Swansea, WBA & Stoke combined.

Look at their league position and squads.

I think he gave four contracts out funk. Did Wes not get another year. I agree we need a footballing board. People who know the game. Our board appears to be jobs for the boys regardless of their knowledge or lack of it regarding football.
Have you heard of Ryan Sachs? Apparently he was Congertons boss. A boss above a DoF! Is that not a waste of dosh or am I misinterpratating something?

Would Pulis come here ?, anyhow Shack knew what he was talking about all them years ago and strangely all our directors/owners in the last 50 years have been what he said.

Yeah sounds like a pointless role.

To be fair, O,Shea , Catts and Fletcher performed quite well yesterday. Maybe o,Shea could be a back 3 controller, keeping the other 2. Set up as 3-4-2-1. Now it all depends who takes over, who,s brave enough to take it etc. might be an ex Chelski manager available soon ? Can,t get emoticon at right spot

Short out?

Its not a manager or player here. Its the owner.

Unsackable. He ****ing owns it..

He's not just the owner, he's the chairman of the board. A role he's clearly **** at. We've got a person who's not just a non-footballing person, but knows nothing about the game at all and he's chairman of our club.

If a buyer stepped up where Short got his money back I bet we wouldn't see him for dust.

Without O'Shea we ship goals, he's our best defender, still after season after season. This alone proves the club isn't being ran right.
