Shola going?

  1. No it isn't. We can win the derbies without Shola, and it's not worth keeping a player that's awesome for 2 games and **** for the other 36.

As long as he's replaced with another lazy, loveable idiot who's unaware of the offside rule I'l be happy...

Actually, no I wont, nobody can replace Shola :(

I'd be gutted if he left. He probably plays too much for us due to our lack of options. Classed soley as cover/back-up there's no better back-up striker in the Premier League than Shola.....FACT!!

Shola is arguablly the best striker on the planet, the problem is that unfortunately the rest of the team don't have the ability to play to his strengths.

You mark my words when he's spent time with Guardiola as his mentor and Messi, Xavi and Iniesta tune into Shola's wavelength, I think you'll see the true meaning of the word " prolific ".

I'd rather have shola over a lot of 'backup' strikers. He does score at times, loves the club and doesn't mind sitting on the bench.

Anyone better (who scores more) would want to start every game causing dressing room unrest.

maybe if he leaves there is a clause in his contract in which we can borrow him whenever we face the mackems.

He's a legend in his own ridiculous way, but he's OK back up and scores a few goals. When on form he's unplayable and is the mackem destroyer. It would be weird if he left.

We'd only get a million or something for him but we wouldnt get anyone much better as 3rd/4th choice.

Also Sameobi's tweet afterwards was something like "it's all good" so he might have asked Shola what the craic was about this rumour.

I honestly cannot imagine NUFC without Shola, it just doesn't seem right. Couldn't we keep him on as a ballboy or something?
